Among Friends strives to offer a wide and unique range of new products and artistic offerings that is always fresh and exciting for both Cambria’s locals and visitors alike. Every effort is made to avoid significant duplication of products and categories among Merchants.
Among Friends will consider accepting original and production art in a variety of mediums, traditional gift and boutique collections, clothing, jewelry, home décor, seasonal items, stationery collections, children’s products, bath & body collections, candles, personal accessories and more. The possibilities are endless.
Interested parties should have a conceptual outline or description, photographs and/or a theme for your proposed space and product collection available for consideration.MERCHANT INFORMATION
Merchants are responsible for a base rent and 15% commission fee on each item sold. Among Friends Management is responsible for ALL other building and operating costs, including staffing and security. Contracts run for an initial period of 120 days and are thereafter subject to 60 days notice. Each Merchant is given a vendor number and starting sku package. All sales reports are reported to Merchants on a weekly basis and checks are paid for sales (less commission) on a monthly basis. Among Friends sells all merchandise and collects and pays all sales taxes on behalf of Merchants.
Merchants are responsible for providing inventory and design finishes for their own spaces; Among Friends controls the design coordination between the spaces. Spaces vary in size from single display cabinets and racks to 100+ square feet of area. Rents range from $50 to $1,000 or more.
Merchants are required to come into the store at least once a week to service their space and restock as necessary.FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
